Job Description
Kestra Holdings is seeking a Program Manager to support their Sales & Servicing Platform, with a strong focus on Salesforce and related technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, business architecture, or technology strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience managing enterprise programs in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with advisor‐centric platforms such as CRM, client portals, workflow, compliance, trading, or billing systems
  • Experience with collaboration and visualization tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Suite, and Figma
