Program Manager

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling from an accredited college or university is preferred
• At least five years' experience with target population served, with at least three years at the supervisor or management level preferred
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and leadership abilities
• Knowledgeable of the needs of the population served; understanding of the range of interventions and treatment required by this population
• Experience in Performance Improvement concepts preferred
