Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking a Program Manager to support a potential contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in Norman, Oklahoma. The Program Manager will lead strategic planning to transition MRMS from research to operational maturity within 2-3 years.

Requirements

  • Leads strategic planning to transition MRMS from research to operational maturity within 2-3 years.
  • Short/mid/long-term roadmaps with milestones and decision gates.
  • Manages OAR partnership.
  • Oversees schedules, budgets, risk, deliverables.
