Job Description
The NYC Public Engagement Unit is seeking a Program Manager to support the Senior Director of Tenant Services on key projects and programs. The Program Manager will oversee a team, develop plans, and manage quality control systems.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Excellent communications and outreach skills
  • Ability to closely track metrics and outcomes
  • Detail-oriented and organized
