Job Description
The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee COMPASS, a network of community-based organizations and programs that alleviate the effects of poverty and provide opportunities for New Yorkers. The Program Manager will monitor and evaluate program sites, review and approve program plans and budgets, and provide technical assistance to underperforming contractors.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Ability to work independently and exercise independent action and decision making
