Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee healthcare administrative support operations. The Program Manager will lead daily contract operations, supervise Medical Support Assistant staff, manage staffing coordination, ensure compliance with federal and NIH requirements, and maintain high-quality customer service standards.

Requirements

Manage day-to-day healthcare support operations and contract performance
Serve as the primary liaison between STSI and NIH stakeholders
Supervise staff scheduling, onboarding, performance monitoring, and operational coverage
Prepare reports, track deliverables, and support contract administration activities
Monitor service quality and implement operational improvements
Ensure compliance with NIH policies, HIPAA requirements, and federal regulations
Address escalated operational and customer service concerns professionally
