Lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs from definition through execution and launch. Drive accountability across teams to meet timelines, scope, and financial targets. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs—own mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred
