What You Will Do
The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions, marketing, staff development, and training.

Requirements
- BA/BS in related field (master's degree preferred)
- at least 4 years' experience working with at-risk youth
- eligible ROP Driver
- current state driver's license
- acceptable driving record for the past 3 years
- pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
