Role OverviewThe selected candidate will report to ABSC’s Executive Vice President of Programs and provide leadership, direction, administration, quality assurance, and overall management of ABSC personnel, subcontractors, and teaming partners supporting the program. The Program Manager will serve as a key interface with the Government customer, oversee program execution, ensure efficient team coordination, and maintain compliance with contractual and customer requirements.
What You Will Do
Estimates at Completion: Work closely with the finance team to develop and maintain accurate program estimates, ensuring financial forecasts align with program funding, staffing, goals, and timelines. Customer Deliverables: Oversee the delivery of high-quality reports, CDRLs, plans, dashboards, and other customer deliverables, ensuring all submissions meet contractual requirements and customer expectations.

Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 14 years of experience managing Government programs, including at least one year of supervisory experience
- OR Minimum of 10 years of experience managing Government programs, including at least one year of supervisory experience, for candidates possessing a Project Management Professional certification
