Role OverviewThe Program Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary agile team to design, develop, and deploy capabilities that directly support critical national space missions. The role requires building trusted relationships with customers, subcontractors, and employees to drive both program success and CACI's reputation as a mission partner.

The Program Manager will be responsible for contract and technical performance, guiding a team to design, develop, and deploy capabilities that support critical national space missions. Key responsibilities include translating evolving customer priorities into actionable work items, communicating program and customer expectations, and developing solutions to ensure continuous momentum toward mission objectives.

Requirements
- Available to work in-person at a CACI facility in Sterling, VA.
- Clearance: Must have TS/SCI with CI poly.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related business or STEM field.
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- At least 7 years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Successful management of a hardware/software program of similar size, scope, and complexity—preferably aligned with mission-critical or space-domain environments.
- Westfields or Intelligence Community experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse technical teams supporting sensitive missions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions under pressure.
