Role OverviewThe Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs containing several related projects, ensuring successful outcomes. The scope of these programs may include multiple projects and require continuous oversight and indirect management of different Project Managers within the NA organization.
What You Will Do
The Program Manager will apply project management knowledge, skills, and techniques to complex projects and programs, managing planning, control, status reporting, and delivery across several functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of previous professional Project Management experience
- Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP) preferred
- Experience in leading projects aimed at new product development, testing, and/or manufacturing
- Experience in leading multi-cultural hybrid teams
- Experience with a stage gate project planning
- Experience with change management preferred
