Role OverviewThe Program Manager will provide overall program leadership, management, administration, and quality oversight for the Air Force Global College Instructional Management and Learning Support contract. This includes managing execution of program and instructional enhancement activities, recruiting and managing Subject Matter Experts, and developing project plans and schedules.
What You Will Do
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading project kickoff meetings, monthly status reviews, and technical status meetings. They will also prepare and deliver Monthly Status Reports, Project Management Plans, quality documentation, and executive-level briefings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Education, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex federal, education, training, or professional services programs
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and performance reporting
- Experience developing management plans, status reports, and executive-level briefings
- Ability to obtain and maintain required federal security and installation access credentials
