Role OverviewThe Program Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Master’s Program Management within the Office for Graduate Education and oversees the administration and delivery of the Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety (SM-MHQS) program. The PM manages day-to-day program operations and contributes to strategic planning and continuous program improvement.
What You Will Do
The Program Manager will manage the delivery of the MHQS curriculum, oversee recruitment and admissions, provide guidance and training to faculty and teaching assistants, and manage student advising and engagement.

Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in higher education administration, academic program management, student services, admissions, or a related field
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred
- Experience managing complex programs, projects, or administrative processes
- Experience managing graduate or professional academic programs strongly preferred
- Experience overseeing recruitment and admissions processes, including application management, admissions committee coordination, and enrollment activities
- Experience advising students and interpreting and applying academic and institutional policies
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners
