Role OverviewThe Program Manager will lead program management of the GLOBALCAP INL Ukraine EUM program, overseeing subcontract execution, recruiting and supervising staff, and coordinating with government partners. The role requires leadership from a US-based location with routine travel to a PMO office in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The Program Manager will oversee business activities in the GLOBALCAP market, manage task orders and contract deliverables, and identify potential opportunities for growth. They will also provide quality assurance reports to government and prime contract partners.

Requirements

- Proficiency in U.S. and cross-domain communications
- Previous PM experience with operational understanding of Ukraine (preferred)
