Role OverviewThe Program Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their identified Division. This position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants.
What You Will Do
Supervise program staff, conduct regular staff meetings, provide training and professional development opportunities, delegate tasks, address staffing issues, foster a positive work environment, oversee participant intake and assessment, develop individualized service plans, and ensure participant safety and well-being.
