Role OverviewThe Program Manager will utilize data analysis and optimization methods to develop and implement governance policies and operating frameworks for an internal CRM platform. The role involves designing and executing platform governance strategies, defining data access control models, and establishing operational processes for CRM user enablement. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional program initiatives to improve internal tooling efficiency and translate business and operational requirements into actionable program plans.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include analyzing CRM platform usage data, engagement metrics, and operational performance indicators to identify adoption gaps and optimization opportunities. The Program Manager will develop analytical reporting and dashboards to provide leadership with insights on platform effectiveness, user behavior, and governance compliance. They will also lead cross-functional program initiatives to improve internal tooling efficiency through workflow optimization and system-level enhancements.

Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Operations Research or a related field
- 1 year of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Operations Research or a related field
- 3 years of related work experience
- 1 year of experience in project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies
- 1 year of experience in managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention
- 1 year of experience in managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget
- 1 year of experience in translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Excel
- 1 year of experience in planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall or Agile methodologies
