Role OverviewThis onsite Program Manager role is responsible for overall management of the Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) program for an assigned client. The role involves managing the subvendor/supplier program and its population, day-to-day operations, and financial and administrative responsibilities.
What You Will Do
The Program Manager will establish and develop manager relationships, fulfill client service through frequent interaction with client managers, implement and manage sub-vendor/supplier program, manage the requisition fulfillment process, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in managing a vendor on-site program, general management, or account management role in a general staffing company
- Three years supervisory experience
- Proven negotiation skills
- Excellent organization, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with vendors/candidates at all levels
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
