Role OverviewThe Program Manager will lead healthcare administrative operations supporting military treatment facilities throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. This remote leadership position will oversee operations supporting patient appointing, referral management, healthcare documentation, workforce coordination, and program performance.

Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of program operations, manage staffing, scheduling, workforce coverage, employee performance, and productivity, monitor operational metrics, workload trends, quality measures, and staffing needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience overseeing personnel, staffing, productivity, quality, and performance expectations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
- Experience preparing reports and working with performance metrics or operational data
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Self-directed and able to successfully work in a remote environment
- Access to secure, reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to travel to Bremerton, WA as needed
- Ability to successfully complete applicable federal background requirements
