Role OverviewThe Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction and operation of the residential program. This role will provide supervision and rehabilitative direction and emergency on-call services to a team of Direct Care Staff and supported individuals.
What You Will Do
Provide oversight and supervision to Direct Care staff and group living residents, develop and monitor staff scheduling, lead staff meetings and individual supervisions, conduct intakes, participate in the Individual Action Plans (IAP) process, and prepare reports.

Requirements
- HS Diploma plus 5 years' experience
- BA in related field preferred
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license
- Access to an operational and insured vehicle
- Demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations
