Role OverviewThe Program Manager plays a critical role in day-to-day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their identified Division. This position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants.

Supervise program staff, provide direction, guidance, and support. Coordinate program activities, ensure compliance with programmatic requirements, regulations, and standards. Develop and implement individualized service plans for program participants.
