Role OverviewThe Program Manager serves as the single point of contact to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and is responsible for all contractor work performed under this task order. The PM leads a distributed review organization that evaluates cybersecurity plans, waiver requests, and equivalency requests submitted by U.S.-flagged vessels, facilities, and Outer Continental Shelf facilities for compliance with 33 CFR Part 101 Subpart F. This is a designated Key Personnel position; the Government must acknowledge any replacement in writing.
What You Will Do
Serve as the single point of contact to the COR for all work performed under the task order and remain accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and traceability of every deliverable. Lead the review organization through two Sub-Project Managers and the Senior SME, Equivalency, including workload assignment, prioritization, and capacity planning.

Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, four years of project management experience, and two years of experience managing projects for the U.S. Federal Government. Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope, including staff supervision, quality control, and deliverable management.
