Job Description
Role Overview

The Program Manager will provide program oversight for all OPCS Veteran housing and services, promoting compliance with contract requirements, agency policies, VA expectations, documentation standards, inspections, and applicable performance metrics.

What You Will Do

The Program Manager will participate in monthly program manager leadership meetings, supervise and support professional development of all VA program staff, respond to and screen referrals from the VA and external partners, and ensure assessments are completed within 48 hours of arrival.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
  • Knowledgeable of personnel management
  • Experience working with Veteran population
  • Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and harm reduction and trauma-informed models
  • Bilingual/Bicultural a plus
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized, creative, entrepreneurial, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Health Records
  • Possess and maintain valid CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and current insurance
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules
