Role Overview

The Program Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all therapeutic program activities within the facility, ensuring high-quality clinical services, regulatory compliance, and a supportive treatment environment for clients and staff.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations, contribute to planning and implementation of program goals, oversee the program's budget and policies, and provide staff management.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health, 4+ years of experience working with the population of the facility, and 1+ years of supervisory experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health or closely related field
  • Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians
  • Four or more years' experience working with the population of the facility
  • One or more years' supervisory experience
  • Licensed counselor/therapist, as required by the state and for the area of clinical expertise
  • Valid driver's license, if required by the facility
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required
  • First aid may be required based on state or facility
