Program Manager

This position is responsible for the successful planning and execution of critical projects as assigned by senior leaders. Projects may be moderately to highly complex and could involve hands-on work with providers, executives, vendors, or other stakeholders to successfully implement innovative programs, operational processes, and care models. The successful candidate must be able to quickly adapt to different sizes and types of projects and must be able to communicate effectively within and across teams, functional units, and management levels.

What You Will Do

Manage the full project life cycle including clarifying objectives and priorities, gathering requirements, creating project plans, obtaining and managing resources, managing budgets, and facilitating project execution, deployment, monitoring, and closure. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvement efforts. Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and departmental success metrics. Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
