Role OverviewThe Program Manager supports the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Enterprise Management and Resources (ER) Directorate, providing management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel. The role requires a strong background in project management, risk management, and cost control, with experience in managing large-scale projects and teams.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking tasks, developing digital continuity folders, creating products beyond client requirements, establishing a foundation in SI/ML skills, and using government-provided Generative SI tools to accelerate tasks and research.

Requirements
- BA/BS plus 15 years relevant experience
- MA/MS and 10 years relevant experience
- PhD plus 6 years relevant experience
- 6 years of work-related experience at similar size/complexity
- Experience managing cost, performance, schedule, risk management, and manpower, financial, and performance monitoring
- Proven experience utilizing key performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- PMI-CPMAI (or achieved within first 6 months of position)
