Job Description
Chimera Enterprises International is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and ensure the delivery of performance under a complex contract. The role involves supervising site managers, ensuring quality personnel management, and overseeing the implementation of HR objectives. This position requires oversight of USG facilities and direct interaction with Contracting Officer and Government Technical Monitors.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or security-related field
  • 20+ years of professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing large government programs
  • 10+ years of supervisory experience
  • 5+ years of program management experience as a contractor managing contracts exceeding $30 million annually
  • Experience with Department of State (DOS) policies and procedures
  • Experience with security operations of US embassies and consulates abroad
  • Ability to conduct all listed responsibilities and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to function in challenging situations
