Requirements

  • Ten or more years as a Program Manager within the Federal Government
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science / Information Systems)
  • Local presence in Washington, DC
  • Six or more years managing and leading Enterprise Service Desk teams using Agile and ITIL methodologies
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification
  • Managed a team of over 50+ IT professionals
