Job Description
ActioNet is seeking a Program Manager for Federal Civilian programs in the Washington D.C. metro area. The role requires a Public Trust clearance in the DC area and involves leading and managing IT and cybersecurity services for a contract, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position is a key point of contact for all client/organizational related activities.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) or more years as a Program Manager for the Federal Government
  • Five (5) or more years managing and leading large Enterprise Service Desk teams utilizing ITIL and Agile methodologies
  • PMP certification
  • Managed a team of 40+ IT professionals
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Strong management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in full development life cycle development standards and best practices for quality assurance
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality
