Job Description
TRL11 is a venture backed deep tech / defense tech startup seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of aerospace programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, product development life cycle, and new product introduction, while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on hardware engineering projects or programs, preferably in aerospace setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business management or a related field. PMP Certification is preferred
  • Experience managing complex projects and bringing together multiple teams to execute on a product, including engineering, marketing, procurement, and manufacturing
  • Familiarity with qualification and integration of spacecraft systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with spacecraft concepts of operations is preferred
  • Prior experience leading or contributing to government programs is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment, familiarity with lean engineering and agile methodologies
  • In depth understanding of business systems and processes such as enterprise resource management (ERP) and product lifecycle management (PLM)
