Job Description
The Program Manager serves as the principal leader and single point of contact for all contract activities supporting our client. This role is responsible for overall program execution, financial and administrative oversight, staff supervision, client engagement, risk management, and delivery of high-quality, compliant services.

Requirements

  • Provide overall leadership, planning, and execution for complex federal programs and contracts
  • Serve as the primary interface with client stakeholders
  • Oversee contract deliverables, performance metrics, and reporting
  • Assist client personnel in resolving issues related to financial processes and transactions
  • Analyze financial and operational issues and ensure accuracy across multiple systems and reports
  • Perform comparisons of budget data related to monthly Financial Plans and Guidance Letters
  • Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage transition-in/transition-out activities to ensure continuity of operations and minimal disruption
  • Identify program risks and escalate issues as needed
