Job Description
Koniag Data Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead IT support services for a major government client.

Requirements

  • Oversee and supervise a team of 60+ IT professionals and associated tasks
  • Develop and implement strategic IT program plans
  • Act as a single point of management for all contract tasks
  • Manage, track, and evaluate performance relative to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and maintain a Project Management Plan (PMP)
  • Implement recommended metrics reporting solutions
  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
  • Manage workforce planning to ensure appropriately cleared and technically qualified staff
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
