Supervise the delivery of high-quality residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Massachusetts. Support a culture of superior agency-wide operations through leadership.

Requirements

  • Supervise daily residential and program activities
  • Hire, train, and manage program operations staff
  • Provide on-call support in the evening and on weekends
  • Maintain open communications with consumers' families and service coordinators
  • Implement Policies and Procedures in accordance with state regulations
  • Research and utilize therapy means for each client's individual needs
  • Ensure complete and appropriate individual records are maintained
