Job Description
Textron Systems is seeking a Program Manager, Manufacturing to direct all manufacturing-related scope for the Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) program. This role will establish readiness of the entire manufacturing value chain and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver program performance and results.

Requirements

  • Creates, implements and executes the manufacturing plan per contract requirements
  • Drives manufacturing quality assurance implementation and readiness for production
  • Leads coordination with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure program requirements are met
  • Detects program issues and risks, and implements corrective actions and mitigation strategies
  • Coordinates manufacturing program forecasting, resource planning, and budgeting
