What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end program execution, develop and manage program plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, serve as primary customer contact, identify and mitigate program risks, facilitate program reviews, ensure quality and compliance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain program documentation.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, short-lead-time environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
- Experience in metal fabrication, stamping, welding, or precision manufacturing
- Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience
- PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
- Strong customer-facing experience
