Job Description
As a Program Manager for Trust and Safety in North America, you will be responsible for developing strategies to manage Trust & Safety risk, protect users, and ensure global safety approaches remain effective across diverse markets.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of North America User Generated Content (UGC) on social platforms, as well as the regional political, regulatory and cultural landscape.
  • Proficiency in Spanish required, as you will be responsible for the North America continent, including Spanish-speaking Central America markets.
  • Strong knowledge about Trust and Safety issues, operations and challenges.
  • Program/project or product management experience, ideally within a safety/risk control/anti-spam strategy environment.
  • Comfortable with large volumes of data and able to do in-depth data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
