Job Description
As a Program Manager for Trust and Safety in North America, you will ensure that our policies, programs, and systems work together to protect users and prevent abuse across our many features. You will provide critical market-level expertise, improving safety and driving strategic direction to foster trust within and outside the Trust and Safety department.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of North America User Generated Content (UGC) on social platforms
  • Proficiency in Spanish required
  • Strong knowledge about Trust and Safety issues, operations and challenges
  • Program/project or product management experience in a safety/risk control/anti-spam strategy environment
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and do in-depth data analysis
