Job Description
Community Care is hiring a Program Manager for our Pace Program in Racine, WI. This is a full-time opportunity that requires experience in human services delivery and leadership experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in human services delivery with at least two years experience working with the target population served by the program being managed
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience including direct staff supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Healthcare field required
  • Master's in Human Services or Healthcare field preferred
  • WI-Drivers License
  • CPR & AED
  • RN license is required if educational background and experience is in Nursing
