Job Description
Manage all aspects of the overall formal Field Activity Specialist Team (FAST) training program, including classroom-based training and 12-week field training program. Identify and address training needs and develop training programs and curricula. Manage training records and coordinate with stakeholders and departments to identify training needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Education, Business Administration or closely related field
Five years of experience in public safety or security, state, local, or federal law enforcement training, program coordination/management and content/curriculum development and data management
Valid state driver's license
Ability to deliver training subject matter to groups in a classroom and semipublic settings
Ability to manage large programs, track processes, audit results, and implement corrective actions
Ability to create, deliver, and evaluate training course materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Patience and tolerance
