Role OverviewThe Program Manager serves as the primary customer interface and provides leadership across multidisciplinary teams supporting systems engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, workforce development, cloud technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and mission-critical operational environments.

The Program Manager will oversee complex DoW modernization, systems integration, digital transformation, and infrastructure initiatives, manage program execution, maintain customer relationships, coordinate subcontractors and technology partners, mitigate risk, and ensure successful delivery of technical, schedule, and cost objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8-12 years of experience managing DoW contracts
- 5+ years of experience leading technical or engineering teams
- Experience managing contracts valued between $5 million and $30 million annually
- Experience supporting systems integration, modernization, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT services programs
- Experience managing subcontractors and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success managing cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and customer expectations
- Active Secret clearance
