Job Description
The Program Manager serves as the primary leader for a high-volume, high-complexity security and adjudication program for the Intelligence Community, requiring a hands-on leader capable of managing personnel, financials, and performance quality.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelors Degree 3+ years as a Program Manager for a program similar technical scope and complexity; or High School Diploma 6+ years serving as a Program Manager and Technical lead for a program of similar technical scope and complexity
  • Knowledge of ICD 704 regulations and the clearance adjudication process
  • Experience developing risk management plans and ITIL-based incident reporting systems
  • Advanced ability to lead diverse teams and brief senior Government officials
  • Experience with personnel security clearance actions to include adjudication of initial applicants, industrial contractors and periodic reinvestigations of staff employees, detailees and industrial contractors
  • Familiarity with personnel security tools (ex. Scattered Castles, iSTARS, STARgate, DISS)
