Job Description

The State of Maryland is seeking a Program Manager Senior I to direct programs that have a broad scope and major impact on agency missions and operations. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience, including experience in program planning and development, and will be responsible for supervising technical, professional, or administrative staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Five years of management experience or electoral experience, including experience in program planning and development, overseeing implementation of programs, working on political campaigns, political compliance and legal review
Three years of administrative or professional experience managing a division or unit of federal, state, or local government or equivalent experience in the private sector
Valid motor vehicle operator's license
