Job Description
Program Manager Senior II directs and administers all aspects of an agency program with a broad scope and major impact on agency missions and operations. Establishes overall policies and procedures for the program, oversees implementation, evaluates effectiveness, and approves major revisions. Oversees personnel and financial resources, plans and coordinates work of subordinate managers, and develops and implements short and long-range plans for program operations and resources.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Five years of management experience or electoral experience, including experience in program planning and development, overseeing implementation of programs, working on political campaigns, political compliance and legal review.
