Job Description
TetraScience is seeking a Program Manager to lead the operational heartbeat of its customer delivery organization, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of the TetraScience Operating System (OS). The role requires a rare blend of executive-level program governance and deep technical execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience in a technical, customer-facing environment (Hyperscalers, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Biopharma)
  • Direct Management Experience: Proven track record of managing and developing other Project Managers or technical leads
  • The 'Tetra Way' Alignment: You thrive in ambiguity, move with extreme urgency, and have a track record of'same-day' risk escalation
  • Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of data flows, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and how data underpins AI/ML
  • Documentation Mastery: Ability to design blueprints and visual workflows (LucidChart, Miro, etc.) that simplify complex technical operations
  • Scientific Domain Knowledge: Experience with laboratory data, GxP compliance, or a background in Life Sciences/Biotech
