Role OverviewThe TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a sustainable livestream ecosystem. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA. The Program Manager will create best practices and procedures for the livestream ecosystem team, manage key initiatives, and leverage data to drive priorities and projects.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

- Experience working in content, creator, platform integrity, trust & safety, monetization, or related ecosystem-facing environments
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience using data and operational signals to identify trends, investigate root causes, and support decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
