Role OverviewThe IDIQ Program Manager will provide comprehensive program management support to ensure efficiencies and integration across all task orders of a TSA specific Security Training IDIQ contract. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in managing a major program, with a focus on large-scale Federal IDIQ contracts in the training and security sectors.
What You Will Do
The Program Manager will serve as the primary single point of contact to interface with the Government and key program stakeholders, delivering an integrated approach to support nationwide program operations and logistics. This includes planning, scheduling, and personnel deployment.

Requirements
- 10 years of practical experience in managing a major program
- Extensive experience with management of large-scale Federal IDIQ contracts, specifically within training and/or security sectors
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting TSA training and/or security requirements
- Master’s Degree in a related area
- PMP Certification
- Secret Clearance
