Requirements

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of trauma and burn programs, injury prevention programs, and safety center.
  • Assure the organization of services and systems necessary for a multidisciplinary approach to providing care to injured patients.
  • Manage financial and budgetary operations for the program.
  • Represent the programs at local, regional, and state levels.
  • Provide clinical oversight to nursing personnel in pediatric surgery service.
  • Ensure timely completion of performance appraisals.
