Job Description
ARKA Group L.P. is seeking a Program Manager with TS/SCI clearance to work on software projects for the US military, intelligence community, and commercial space industry. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in program management and 5+ years of experience delivering mission critical software platforms to DoD customers.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance
  • 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of direct experience in Program Management
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen
  • Successful capture and business experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience with Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus and Time and Materials contracts
  • Experience leading Agile software programs and/or projects
  • Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager of a software team
  • Experience managing and directing sub-contractors and/or vendors
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certified
