Role OverviewThe Program Manager V manages multiple complex programs providing participants with multiple services and/or addressing multiple co-morbidities according to contract and budget guidelines. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and involves overseeing resources and coordinating the efforts of the program team members.
What You Will Do
The Program Manager V will develop and manage project budgets, develop program policies, procedure plans, and associated communications documents, proactively manage changes in project scope, and identify potential crises. The role also involves training, coaching, and managing service teams on program requirements, tools, and methods to meet those requirements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Social Services Program Management, Coordination or Supervision, and a minimum of 4 years of direct Staff Management Experience in working with homeless or vulnerable populations. The candidate will also have experience managing programs with over 40 staff, serving clients with multiple modalities.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or a combination of relevant education and experience (4 years)
- 5 years of experience in Social Services Program Management, Coordination or Supervision
- Minimum of 4 years of direct Staff Management Experience in working with homeless or vulnerable populations (such as Homeless Services, Department of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder (DMC) Programs)
- 1 year of experience supervising Case Managers
