Job Description
The Program Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the Blueprint Math Fellows Program across partner schools in Arizona, ensuring smooth program implementation and a positive experience for students, Fellows, and school partners. The role involves coordinating tutoring program operations, assisting with stakeholder reports, communicating with school partners, and providing support to Fellows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
1–3 years of experience in education, nonprofit programs, operations support, administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Meet, Docs, Sheets)
Proficiency with data systems or data trackers
Valid driver's license
Ability to reside in Arizona and consistently have access to reliable transportation
Ability to submit timely travel reimbursements
