Job Description
The Program Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the Blueprint Math Fellows Program across partner schools in Arizona, ensuring smooth program implementation and a positive experience for students, Fellows, and school partners. The role involves coordinating tutoring program operations, assisting with stakeholder reports, communicating with school partners, and providing support to Fellows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in education, nonprofit programs, operations support, administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Meet, Docs, Sheets)
  • Proficiency with data systems or data trackers
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to reside in Arizona and consistently have access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to submit timely travel reimbursements
