Role OverviewThe Program Product Manager supports the development and commercialization of LDLS products and systems, managing their lifecycle through strong cross-functional program execution and customer engagement. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating product development activities, managing schedules and deliverables, and ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
What You Will Do
Drive cross-functional execution of product development activities, track schedules and milestones, ensure alignment between customer requirements and engineering development, and support coordination of new product introductions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in product, program, or customer-facing technical roles
- Experience working with OEM customers strongly preferred
- Semiconductor capital equipment, photonics or critical subsystems experience is a plus
